Starlight lets you Google something quickly, so you don't have to ruin your workflow by opening your browser.

As it stands, to quickly google something while coding / working on a doc, you need to:

Open Browser → Google → Search → Click Result → Scan website → Back → Click Result → Scan Website .... you get the point

With Starlight, it's as simple as pressing ⌘+Esc and searching.

Google results appear on the left, while websites are loaded on the right. Use F/D to go through results on the left, and J/K to scroll the corresponding site on the right.

No more clicking back / forth, extraneous tabs etc. 🤮

I built Starlight last Monday out of pure necessity while working on FitnessAI, and haven't stopped using it since. I don't even code with a browser open anymore. I shared it with a few friends and everyone seems to love it, so I thought I would share it here.
